About Residence Les Grandes Alpes

Situated just above the village of La Clusaz, the Résidence Les Grandes Alpes offers premium apartments just a short distance away from the slopes, with the majority of apartments benefiting from incredible views of the resort. The residence has wonderful facilities included - make the most of the wellness facilities, or enjoy a game of billiards in the communal area and lounge with a fireplace.   

The nearest ski lift is a five-minute walk away from the residence, so you can be on the slopes in no time. There is a supermarket at the entrance of the apartments, and the resort centre is a short walk away, both convenient for self-catered accommodation.

Each apartment is furnished to a high standard and decorated in traditional Alpine style, offering you a cosy place to stay. The apartments all have fully equipped kitchens with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and a Nespresso machine, which makes them a great choice for a self-catered holiday. The apartments also have a lounge where you can sit back and relax after a day on the slopes and marvel at the incredible views surrounding the residence.

After a day on the slopes, you can make the most of the wellness facilities at the Residence Les Grandes Alpes. There is also a lovely communal area with billiard table and board games to borrow, or to share with neighbours.

Board basis available: Self Catering

Studio apartments are around 32m² and sleep two to four people. Each apartment has a living room with double sofa bed and bunk beds in an alcove at the entrance which is separated by a curtain, and have a south-facing balcony, overlooking the village. Studios for guests with reduced mobility are located on the 1st floor, so do not have a clear view. 

One bedroom apartments are around 37m² and sleep two to four people. Each apartment has a living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with twin beds. These apartments are located on the upper floors and have a balcony overlooking the resort. 

Two bedroom apartments are around 46m² and sleep two to six people . Each apartment has a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin or bunk beds and an additional double sofa bed in the living room. These apartments are located on the upper floors and have a balcony overlooking the resort. 

Three bedroom apartments are around 70m² and sleep four to eight people. Each apartment has a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, one may have bunk beds, and an additional double sofa bed in the living room.

Discover La Clusaz

La Clusaz, a picturesque Savoyard village located in the beautiful Aravis mountain range. The resort features a rustic centre with a church, shops and a variety of traditional restaurants serving regional specialities, as well as a number of bars to take advantage of the resort's welcoming ambience. With 210 kilometres of downhill skiing, beginners and intermediates can enjoy the green and blue runs, while experts can ski the abundant off-piste terrain.

Things to do in La Clusaz

Swap the skis for a sledge and ride down the three dedicated sledding runs, all varying in difficulty. Night sledding is also a possibility.

The local ice rink is in the centre of the village and open throughout the week. You can also try the so called 'Bumper Hurricane' which is essentially bumper cars on ice.

For the more adventurous, experience La Clusaz from the sky by going on a paragliding flight over the Aravis mountains. 

For a bit of evening entertainment head to the resorts bowling alley for a game or two, there is also an arcade with a number of simulators and a dart board.
