- There's two restaurants here so you can change things up and upgrade to à la carte for a couple of nights at the 'La Vineria del Colle' restaurant, the menu includes typical Piedmontese dishes with a fantastic wine menu, there is over 1,500 different types of wines, so there is bound to be a bottle which pairs perfectly with your meal.

Central Restaurant is where you'll eat if you've booked half board. Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10am and has plenty of hot and cold options. The buffet has a chef station where they cook eggs to order. Dinner is buffet style with different stations serving a wide range of dishes.
La Vineria del Colle specialises in local food and has an incredible wine list to go with it. This is payable locally with a discount for Inghams guests.
In Italy, it’s common for hotels not to provide tap water during meal service. Still and sparkling bottled water can be easily purchased locally.
