- Excursion experiences and durations vary between resorts and are dependent on weather conditions.
- Excursion package offers apply to new bookings only.
- Most excursion days and times will be advised shortly after booking, others will be confirmed on arrival in resort.
- Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Not valid on 3 or 4 night Santa Breaks.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of a qualifying excursion, the cost of the excursion, minus the % saving on the total package, will be deducted from any refund due. You will then be charged full price for any remaining excursions.
Excursion & Activity Information: Excursion descriptions and conditions apply as per brochure and website descriptions. Times and distances are approximate and may vary due to weather and other conditions. The applicable child age for the Husky and Reindeer Safaris is 4-12yrs. Children aged 0-3yrs are unable to book this offer. Snowmobile drivers must be aged 18yrs or over and must bring a full, valid photographic driver's licence with them. Children must be ages 11yrs or over and be over 140cm tall to ride as a passenger on a snowmobile safari. Children aged 10yrs and under or shorter than 140cm in height will be towed in a sled or pod behind a guide. We cannot guarantee that the pod will be heated.
Travel insurance is a condition of booking with us, and you should ensure that your chosen policy covers the activities that you plan to take part in during your holiday. Your policy should provide cover for your own personal circumstances, including any medical conditions, however individual policies will not cover damage to snowmobiles or skidoos and a compulsory excess will be payable directly to the supplier of the snowmobile/skidoo excursion. The single driver supplement for snowmobiles is available in all resorts at an additional cost (18yrs+ only), subject to the conditions outlined above.
