You can check your booking and add activities and extras with our 24/7 ‘Manage My Booking’ portal or call us and speak to our friendly team.
Even before you’ve packed your bags, our Destination Experts have you covered and will contact you a couple of weeks before your holiday. They’ll provide you with a Digital Resort Guide, filled with practical information as well as ideas for activities, experiences, and how to make the most of the local food and culture.
They’ll also be on hand if you’d like to ask any specific questions or want recommendations. Seeking the best trail for an epic view? Or recommendations on the best local dishes for lunch? Let them know and they’ll be in touch to provide as much detail and assistance as you would like.
On holiday
Our Destination Experts are the evolution of the traditional holiday rep. They are your friendly go-to people, offering firsthand knowledge, support and inspiration to help you make the most of your walking holiday. Most are available in person, and all are just a WhatsApp or phone call away.
They are also supported by an in-country team with years of experience, alongside our UK-based team so you can rest easy knowing if you have any questions or problems, no matter how big or small, Inghams will be with you every step of the way.

Pick your base from our handpicked collection of the best walking destinations across Europe, from 75 resorts across 8 countries: Andorra, Austria, France, Italy, Madeira, Slovenia, Norway and Switzerland. Starting and finishing in your resort on the same day, all our destinations have stunning scenery and easy access to plenty of walking trails; whether you seek challenging mountain treks or leisurely strolls by the lakes.
Absolutely! In many of our resorts you have the chance to join up to two exclusive Inghams guided day walks, led by a professional guide. Each week you can choose from one easy-to-moderate walk and one that's a bit more challenging - or do both! Your local guide will be your go to for anything you need to know. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot when booking or add through 'Manage My Booking' before you travel.
Of course! Our family holidays are all about adventure. Spend time together exploring the walking trails and forests, seek out summit playgrounds for some thrill-seeking fun, or burn off some energy on tree-top adventure courses and bike parks. Headtorch / torch, reusable shopping bags, reusable water bottles, toiletries and other provisions, hairdryer (if not provided - see individual property pages), normal loungewear (it might be warmer inside the cabin than you expect!), slippers / slipper socks, cards / board games, Christmas decorations and Internet roaming package.
