Many of the products used are locally sourced, including a variety of jams, chestnuts, compotes which come from the family's artisan business, Alpenzu. The Hotel Lo Scoiattolo has a vegetable garden 'KM0', this includes various seasonal ingredients including chard, zucchini, green beans, leeks, cabbage, celery and carrots, herbs and potatoes: all products that the kitchen team use to prepare delicious dishes. The products are freshly picked and are not treated, retaining their fragrance and flavor.

- The evening meals are full of tasty traditional dishes with influences from the Aosta Valley. There are four delicious courses each evening, exactly what you need after a day on the slopes.
- Before retreating to bed, head to the bar for a nightcap - embrace gressonara traditions and try a grappa or Genepy. You can also enjoy a glass of wine from the well stocked winery which includes typical products from the Aosta Valley.
