Half board dinners are second to none at the Edelweiss & Gurgl with a four course meal served every night. Once a week you can opt to eat in the hotel's fondue restaurant or a la carte restaurant. These restaurants are payable locally but a €20 per person credit is offered against your bill here.
On the mountain be sure to visit the hotel's on-slope restaurant, the Zirben Alm, just above the Steinmann chairlift. Decorated in a similar style to the hotel, the restaurant offers a variety of traditional and crowd-pleaser dishes. All of their produce is sourced from the local region and local farmers.
Breakfast is an extensive hot and cold buffet with display chef.
Dinner is a four course meal with starter, choice of soup, three choices of main dish and dessert, plus a salad buffet and cheese selection.
