General Terms and Conditions:

• Group discount will be considered across all Inghams holiday types including Lapland, Ski and Walking.
• Group discount will apply to groups of 10 or more full paying adults (not applicable to children receiving any child discount).
• We’ll count 2 x reduced price child places as 1 x full paying adult when calculating the group size
• The percentage discounted will depend on the departure date, accommodation and number of people in the group.
• Discount will be confirmed prior to booking and will be a percentage reduction on the basic holiday price before any other essentials such as lift passes or equipment hire are added.
• Group discount can be removed at any time if circumstances change.
• Group discount can be combined with returner discount or lift pass/equipment offers.

• Aava Whistler Hotel: 30% ~ 5 nights or more. 35% ~ 7 nights or more. 40% ~ 9 nights or more. Valid for stays between 24 November 2025 - 30 April 2026.
• Pan Pacific Village Centre & Pan Pacific Mountainside: Hotel credit applicable to 5 & 6 night stays only. Minimum/maximum stays apply. Terms and conditions ​

• Prices are "frozen" on both Inghams Santa Breaks and Inghams Lapland Adventures for bookings made to depart between 30th November 2026 and 16th February 2027.​
• Prices are frozen at the latest price for the same holiday (same hotel, room type, departure airport and corresponding departure weekend) for the current Winter 2025/26 season. ​
• All excursion/activity package prices are also frozen at the latest price for the current Winter 2025/26 season.​
• Prices are frozen until 30th September 2025. Any bookings made after this date will not be eligible. ​
• The "prices frozen" message is also combinable with other offers which are live for both seasons.​
• Only the base price of the holiday or excursion is "frozen". Any applicable room and flight supplements may differ and will be at the current rate for the Winter 2026/27 season.​
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the "prices frozen" message at any time without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances such as major supplier cost increases.​
• Any changes or additions to bookings after the end date will be chargeable at the current selling price at that time.​
