About Hotel Cristal Palace

Hotel Cristal Palace is set above Madonna di Campiglio in a peaceful, elevated location with stunning mountain views. The property sits on a hill, but a free hotel shuttle makes it easy to reach the main ski lifts and resort centre each day.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the hotel’s wellness area. Take a dip in the heated indoor pool, relax in the sauna or steam room, then stretch out on the loungers. For added indulgence, the Cristal Energy Spa offers a selection of treatments and massages (payable locally).

Inside, the hotel features traditional alpine style and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Many rooms enjoy panoramic views of the Dolomites, and the cosy restaurant with large windows is the perfect place to dine and take in the scenery.

Set slightly back from the centre of Madonna Di Campiglio, you can enjoy a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. The Pradalago cable car is just 200 metres away and the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the lifts, so getting onto the Dolomites Ski Area couldn't be easier.

  • The Hotel Cristal Palace is on a half board basis. Drinks are not included
  • Each morning you can fuel up for a day on the slopes at the extensive breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury options available. Often including pastries, breads, seasonal fruit, homemade jams and preserves, alpine yogurt, eggs and bacon.
  • A four-course evening meal is served in the cosy restaurant. The seasonal menu often includes local produce from the Trentino region and has a focus on regional cuisine. The hotel has a wonderful wine cellar with some excellent bottles from the Trentino region - ask the sommeliers for their recommendation of the wines which pair best with your meal.
  • New Year Eve gala dinner is included.
  • Before and after dinner enjoy a drink in the Caruso lounge bar, choose from regional wines, cocktails or a digestif (pay locally).

Discover Madonna Di Campiglio

Situated within the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, Madonna di Campiglio is nestled amidst the breath-taking landscape of the Trentino region.

The extensive ski area seamlessly connects Madonna di Campiglio with nearby Marilleva and Folgarida, offering 155km of predominantly tree-lined pistes. The resort takes great pride in piste preparation, ensuring optimal skiing conditions.

With the ski area enveloping the main town centre, accessing the mountains is effortless, thanks to the choice of four lifts. As you traverse the slopes, you'll find yourself chasing the sun and the finest snow around the mountain.

For Winter 2024/25 Pinzolo upgraded the Pra Rodont lift to a new 10 person Gondola. For those brave enough, you can ride in a glass-floored gondola for a fully immersive experience. The redesign uses sustainable construction and has given the area an entirely new look, with new underground lift stations and a gourmet mountain hut with panoramic views of the surrounding Brenta Dolomites.

Snowshoeing in Madonna di Campiglio offers a serene and immersive way to explore the snowy landscapes of the Dolomites. 

The area boasts numerous snowshoeing routes, including the enchanting path to Lake Nambino. These trails wind through conifer woods and offer breath taking views of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.

The ice skating rink on the frozen pond in Conca Verde is a popular spot, open during the winter months when the ice forms naturally. Weekly courses and individual lessons are available for both children and adults, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience.

The rink is open daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM, weather permitting.

Monte Spinale Toboggan Run is a popular run which starts at 2,070 meters and descends to 1,730 meters, covering a distance of 2.743 km with an altitude change of 340 meters. The average slope gradient is 12%, with a maximum of 18%, ensuring an exciting ride.

Toboggans and safety gear can be rented at Noleggio Des Alpes, located next to the base station of the Spinale gondola lift.

Fat bikes are equipped with wide, studded tires that provide excellent traction on snow and ice, ensuring a stable and enjoyable ride. Popular trails include the Val Genova, where riders can enjoy stunning views of the Brenta Dolomites.
