About Hotel des Deux Domaines

The Hotel des Deux Domaines has a great location in Belle Plagne, the slopes are a snowballs throw away and the resort centre is less than 300 metres away. There's an onsite wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna and hammam - perfect for a moment of peace after a day on the slopes.  

Throughout the season, there's an animation team on hand to keep you entertained. During the French school holidays, children can make new found friends: Teens can chillout at the Teens area with PlayStation, TV and board games, while the little ones can meet the mascots Frizy and Mo and take part in games, challenges and workshops. Registration is required, you just need to sign up on your arrival into Belle Plagne. 

Wellness and relaxation

Relax and unwind with a drink at the bar or alternatively make the most of the wellness facilities included for residents. Have a dip in the indoor heated swimming pool and for a moment of peace, there is also a sauna and hammam available for the adults. And for a little extra treat, book a massage or beauty treatment with the wellness team.

Situated close to the centre of Belle Plagne, the Deux Domaines has great access to the Paradiski slopes. Snap on your skis, and skate down the short ski-track connecting to the blue Arpette piste, which takes you down to the lifts. You can also take a short stroll the centre and ski school meeting place - its about a three-minute walk. From here you can take your pick of the different lifts and enjoy a day on the extensive Paradiski slopes. At the end of the day, the same track leads you back to the ski-room door. 

  • Virtually ski in, ski out via a short track which leads onto the Arpette piste (dependent on snow conditions) or one minute walk to the slopes
  • The ski room is on the third floor, from here you turn left to the track and the piste to Bellecote or turn right to the village centre and the ski school meeting place.  It is about a three to four minutes wak.
  • 300 metres to the centre of Belle Plagne
  • Five minutes (around 500 metres) to the Belle Plagne gondola

 

The Hotel Deux Domaines is an excellent choice for your next family ski holiday to France, available on half board you can enjoy buffet style meals with fruit juice and wine included with your evening meal.

Start your day off at the varied breakfast buffet which includes a variety of sweet and savoury options, such as breads, pastries, fruit, cereals, preserves and additional hot options. Breakfast is served from 7:30am - 9:30am. A light breakfast is served at the bar from 9:30am - 11:30am.

Dinner is served in buffet style, and includes a salad bar, hot dishes including pasta, grilled meats and items to order and a varied dessert buffet to finish. Fruit juice and wine is also included. Once a week you can enjoy a Savoyard specialties meal including raclette and tartiflette.  Dinner is served between 6:45pm - 8:45pm.

The Deux Domaines is a great option for children looking make new friends on your family ski holiday as there is a free non-skiing kids clubs for children 4 to 10 years all season, and a teen club for 11 to 17 year olds during the French school holidays.

Kids Club for 4 to 10 year olds

Enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor activities including games, challenges, snowball fights, snow activities and much more. Clubs run Monday to Friday for half a day between 9am until 12pm or 2pm until 5pm with two evenings of entertainment until 8.30pm. During French school holidays kids clubs run six days and six evenings a week between 9am to 5pm and in the evenings from 7pm to 8:30pm.

Teens Club for 11 to 17 year old

During French school holidays teens can enjoy a range of games, activities and challenges with the lively animation team, as well as outdoor activities. There's also a games room with a play station, VR headset and board games. Teen clubs run Sunday to Friday from 5pm until 8:30pm.

Kids clubs are included, on-site registration is required.

There aren’t many places in the world where you can experience an Olympic bob-sleigh track but Plagne 1800 is one of the few places where you can. The 1500m long bob-sleigh run complete with 19 thrilling bends is an unusual and memorable experience. You can choose from 4 grades of experience ranging from the 80kmph bob raft to the full-on 130kmph Olympic experience.

Soar above the mountains on an unforgettable paragliding flight over the slopes of La Plagne. Whether you are a seasoned thrill seeker or a complete beginner, expert instructors are on hand to ensure you have a safe flight. 

Launch from high altitude take off points and enjoy panoramic views of the Tarentaise Valley as you fly effortlessly across the French Alps.

When the weather is favourable Le Colorado Park opens its mile-long sled run to the public. This lengthy and exciting toboggan run next to the Colorado ski lift in Plagne Centre provides spectacular views of the surrounding mountainside, including glimpses of Mont Blanc.

The Ciné-Plagne in Plagne Centre, located in the Les Ecrins building, is a popular spot for moviegoers in La Plagne, France. This cinema features two digital screens and offers a variety of films, including the latest releases.
