The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise houses a variety of restaurant and dining options with dress code generally smart casual. Some restaurants at the hotel are seasonal and are often open on specific days of the week. Where applicable, half board evening meals include 3 courses (appetizer, main and dessert) and non-alcoholic drinks. Buffet and à la carte breakfast options are available in select restaurants to those who prebook. Alcohol and specialty coffees are not included. Dinner reservations are recommended and strongly advised to be made a few months in advance of the festive period.

Poppy Brasserie is a casual family restaurant open for breakfast. If you have prebooked breakfast or half board, you'll enjoy your buffet or à la carte breakfast here. The gourmet spread and impressive lake views will be all the fuel you need to set you up nicely for the day ahead.

The Walliser Stube invites guests to try its innovative European cuisine featuring a variety of classic Swiss, German and regional Alpine dishes. You'll also find an impressive line-up of Alpine beer and classic cocktails. The floor to ceiling wine library also houses more than 500 bottles to choose from!

Lakeview Lounge is an iconic and elegant restaurant come bar with spectacular, world-class views over Lake Louise and Victoria Glacier. Seasonal inspired menus and an extensive wine and cocktail list are on offer here.

Fairview Bar & Restaurant offers vibrant signature dishes, distinctive cocktails and everything in between. The art-deco styled space looks over the lake and Fairview's namesake peak.
